Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Ginger Goats.

Returns

If you change your mind about your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused
  • in their original condition
  • in their original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used personal care products unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Item 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at
info@thegingergoats.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right.

Shipping

We currently ship within the UK.

Orders under £40 are charged at £5.50
Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2–3 working days depending on stock availability.

Orders are sent using a tracked 48-hour service with Royal Mail.
